Yes. Click the heart icon on any product page to save it to your wishlist. You'll need to be logged in to your Harmiche account to access your wishlist across devices.
In-stock products show an "Add to Cart" button on the product page. If a product is out of stock, this will be indicated clearly. Some made-to-order pieces may have extended dispatch timelines — details are noted on the product page.
Yes, you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account lets you track your orders, save your shipping address, and access your order history any time.
Yes, all Harmiche ceramics are individually handcrafted and kiln-fired at 1200°C. Minor variations in glaze colour, texture, and tone are an inherent and celebrated part of the artisanal process — not defects. No two pieces are exactly identical.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers via our payment gateway. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes on orders between ₹799 and ₹5,000.
Yes. All payment transactions are handled by PhonePe Payment Gateway. Harmiche does not store your card details. All data is encrypted and transmitted securely.

If your payment fails, you will be notified and given the option to retry or choose a different payment method. No amount is debited until a payment is confirmed. If you were charged but the order did not go through, please contact us at care@harmiche.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that arrive damaged or defective. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. Preference-based returns (colour, texture, size) are not accepted as our products are handcrafted with natural variation. See our full Returns & Exchanges policy for details.
Email us at care@harmiche.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9811169796 with your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. Our team will respond within 48 hours.
For returns due to transit damage or manufacturing defects, Harmiche arranges pickup at no cost to you. For non-defective returns (where permitted), customers bear the return shipping charges.
Once a return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
Cancellation requests must be made within 4 hours of placing the order by emailing care@harmiche.com. Once an order is dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
