Shipping Policy

At Harmiche, we are dedicated to ensuring a seamless delivery experience for every order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for pin codes supported by our delivery partners.

3. Shipping Timelines

Order Processing

We strive to process and dispatch orders within 2–3 business days of receiving them. Certain items crafted to order may require an additional 5–7 business days before dispatch.

Delivery Timelines

Our courier partners typically deliver orders within 5–7 working days across India. Metro and Tier-1 city customers may receive orders sooner. Multiple orders may arrive in separate shipments depending on availability and dispatch locations.

Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to factors including location, distance, and logistics partner performance.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details from our courier partner. If you experience any delays, contact us at care@harmiche.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9811169796 and we will assist you in tracking your package.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD is available for orders above ₹799 and below ₹5,000.
  • COD is not a trial service — payment is mandatory at the time of delivery.
  • Refusal of a COD order will result in the deactivation of the COD option for future orders from that account.
  • COD may not be available in certain pin codes due to limitations from our logistics partners.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be emailed to care@harmiche.com within 4 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
  • Refunds will not be processed for orders refused at the doorstep or for parcels with three failed delivery attempts.

7. Logistics Partners

Orders are delivered via trusted courier services through Shiprocket. If your location is not served by our logistics partners, we will reach out to explore alternative delivery solutions.
