At Harmiche, we strive to deliver products of the finest quality. We understand that certain circumstances may require a return or exchange. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our guidelines.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Returns are accepted only in the following cases (subject to verification by Harmiche):

a) Transit Damage: The product is received in a broken/damaged condition due to shipping.

b) Manufacturing Defect: The product has a clear functional or structural defect (e.g., cracks, deep chips, severe deformity) that is not part of the handcrafted nature of the product.

Handcrafted variation disclaimer: Many Harmiche products are handmade. Minor variations in glaze, texture, brush marks, colour tones, dimensions, and finish are inherent to the artisanal process and do not qualify as defects.

Pinholes / minor surface pores: Small pinholes or micro-pores may occur naturally during firing and are considered a normal characteristic of handmade ceramics. Pinholes will not be eligible for return unless they are significant, as determined by Harmiche upon inspection (e.g., excessive clustering, unusually large/deep pinholes, or pinholes that materially affect the productโ€™s finish or usability).


1.2 Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

a) Products damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, incorrect cleaning, or any cause after delivery.

b) Products showing signs of use, wear and tear, scratches, stains, or alterations.

c) Preference-based returns, including (but not limited to) โ€œdid not like the finish/colour/texture/sizeโ€ or differences arising from screen/lighting conditions.

d) Customised, made-to-order, personalised, or special-request orders (including custom polish/finish/size/colour).


1.3 Return conditions and documentation:

a) Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all tags, accessories, free gifts (if any), and the original invoice intact.

b) Claims for transit damage/defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and an unboxing video.

c) Harmiche reserves the right to inspect and approve the return request. If the product does not meet the eligibility criteria upon inspection, the return may be declined and the product may be shipped back to the customer.

2. Timeframe for Returns

2.1 Customers must raise a return request within 07 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

3. Exchange Policy

3.1 Exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:

  • If the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
  • If the wrong product is delivered.

3.2 Harmiche will ship the replacement product free of charge, subject to stock availability. If the product is no longer available, a refund will be processed.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refunds are processed only for:

  • Damaged or defective products when a replacement is not feasible.
  • Orders canceled by Harmiche due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days of approval.

4.3 In cases where a return is approved but a replacement is not requested, the refund amount will exclude shipping fees.

5. Non-Returnable Items

5.1 The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items or discounted products.
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers or platforms.

6. Return Shipping

6.1 Customers must ensure that the product is securely packed for return shipping. Harmiche is not responsible for any damage incurred during return transit due to improper packaging.

6.2 In case of a return due to damage or defect, Harmiche will arrange a pickup at no additional cost.

6.3 For non-defective returns (if permitted), customers will bear the shipping charges.

7. Cancellations

7.1 Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement by contacting us at care@harmiche.com. Beyond this period, cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been processed.

7.2 Harmiche reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
