3. Shipping Timelines
Order Processing: We strive to process and dispatch orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them. However, certain items that are crafted to order may require additional time, typically 5-7 business days, before they are shipped.
Delivery Timelines: Our trusted courier partners usually deliver orders within 5-7 working days across India. If you reside in a metro or tier-1 city, you may receive your order even earlier. For customers placing multiple orders, please note that your items might arrive in separate shipments, depending on their availability and dispatch locations.

4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

5. Delivery and Multiple Shipments
Your purchases may arrive in more than one package if they are dispatched from different locations. However, you will only be charged a single delivery fee for the entire order.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
COD is available for orders above ₹799/- and below ₹5000/-.
The COD option is not a trial service; payment is mandatory at the time of delivery. Refusal of COD orders will result in the deactivation of the COD option for future orders.
COD may not be available in certain pin codes due to limitations from our logistics partners.

7. Special Delivery Requests
For time-sensitive deliveries, please email us and leave comments in your order detailing the requested delivery timeline. While we will strive to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee expedited delivery.
8. Logistics Partners
Orders are delivered via trusted courier services through Shiprocket.
In case your location is not served by our logistics partners, we will reach out to explore alternative delivery solutions.
9. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be emailed within 4 hours of placing the order.
Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
Refunds will not be processed for orders canceled at the doorstep or for parcels with three failed delivery attempts by the courier.
