3.2 Harmiche will ship the replacement product free of charge, subject to stock availability. If the product is no longer available, a refund will be processed.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refunds are processed only for:

Damaged or defective products when a replacement is not feasible.
Orders canceled by Harmiche due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days of approval.

4.3 In cases where a return is approved but a replacement is not requested, the refund amount will exclude shipping fees.

5. Non-Returnable Items
